Technical difficulties again this week with Blogger, so no video.
This week in reading we started Read Works Article-A-Day where kids read a non-fiction article and respond with somethings they learned, all digitally. We also worked on poetry and practiced figuring out the author's message.
In math, we had a unit review and a test.
In writing, we have been finishing up our poetry books.
In science, we worked more on our severe weather research topics.
Students should remember to read 20 minutes each school night, and record their minutes on their reading calendar. The April calendar is due May 1. The goal is 500 minutes.
Please review the contents of your child's Friday Folder, including the weekly reflection. Then please sign and return the empty folder on Monday.

Just Move It Challenge: April 22nd
Third Grade Show: April 26th (9:45am)
